Cannabis Chocolate Chip Cookies

This recipe makes the tastiest cannabis chocolate chip cookies ever. By using cannabis coconut cooking oil instead of butter, you are left with a moist, chewy, delicious-tasting cookie.

 

Prep: 15 minutes   |   Cook: 12 minutes   |   Makes: 15 cookies

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup cannabis coconut cooking oil

3/4 cup refined sugar

1 large egg

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

 

Directions:

1) Preheat oven to 375°F. Line cookie sheet.

2) In a small bowl mix together the flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

3) In another small bowl add the cannabis coconut cooking oil and sugar and mix with an electric beater for 1 minute.

4) Add the egg and vanilla to the oil and sugar blend until mixed well.

5) Add as much of the dry mix as you can with the beater. Add the remaining until the dough is fully mixed. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.

6) Make 1 tablespoon-sized dough balls placing them 2 inches apart on your lined cookie sheet. Flatten balls. Bake in the oven for about 12 minutes, or until slightly golden on the edges.

7) Allow cookies to cool and enjoy responsibly!
